Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

How is it verified that the displayed reviews are genuine, meaning they come from consumers who have actually purchased or used the reviewed product? Product reviews are only published after the following criteria have been checked:

1) Comparison with received orders

• Author (anonymised and not published for data protection reasons)
• Email (not published for data protection reasons)
• Item
  
  

2) The following points may also lead to a review not being published:

• Off-topic: review does not relate to the experience with or use of this product
• Spam: review originates from a bot, a fake account, or contains advertising
• Conflict of interest: review is written by persons connected to the company or a competitor
• Profanity: review contains swear words, offensive language, or illegal content
• Bullying or harassment: personal attacks against individuals in the review
• Discrimination or hate speech: content that harms individuals or groups based on identity
• Personal data: review contains personal information such as address or phone number
