The carefully crafted pile with a density of up to 330,000 threads per m² creates the feeling of walking on clouds, while the silky-soft texture delivers exceptional comfort underfoot. Thanks to the high material density with a weight of up to 3600 grams per square meter, a high pile rug also reduces footstep noise by up to 31 dB.
This is a non-slip fleece that is permanently attached to the underside of your rug during production. Our customers have trusted this practical upgrade for many years.
It provides greater safety in everyday life and maximum grip on every surface, whether laminate, tiles, or vinyl. The additional 2 mm material thickness also noticeably increases walking comfort. Every step feels softer and more cushioned. Another positive benefit is the reduction of footstep noise.
The high-quality material used in our high pile rugs, such as polyamide, is easy to clean and requires no special care in everyday use. To ensure that even stubborn or liquid stains don’t stand a chance, we recommend upgrading with our stain protection.
This is a fibre protection treatment that you can add to your rug as an optional extra. It forms a protective shield around the fibres of your rug. We apply it during the manufacturing process. This means that liquids and dirt collect on the surface and can be easily wiped away.
This floor covering has been classified as Efl. Floor coverings with this classification are considered normally flammable and are therefore suitable for use in residential environments.
Carpets in Luxury Class 2 offer a higher level of quality and comfort than those in Class 1. They feel more comfortable underfoot while still being designed for functionality and durability.
This symbol indicates light fastness. The floor covering is therefore designed to retain its colours when exposed to UV light from daylight. The so-called UV blockers prevent the colours from fading in sunlight.
Rugs in Class 21 are suitable for moderate use in residential areas, such as bedrooms or living rooms with low foot traffic. They offer a good balance of comfort and durability for moderate levels of use.
High pile rugs are known for their especially soft and comfortable surface, instantly creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The term “pile” refers to the fibers that extend upward from the rug. A rug is generally considered a high pile rug when the pile height reaches around 1.5 cm or more.
The longer the pile, the softer and more voluminous the rug feels.
Our high pile rugs are suitable for almost every living space where comfort and coziness matter.
They are especially popular in living rooms and bedrooms, where their soft surface creates a warm and inviting feel underfoot. Thanks to our custom sizing options, every rug can be tailored to your preferred shape and dimensions.
Within the product details, you’ll find detailed information about the respective usage class. This helps you determine whether the selected rug is suitable for your project.
High-quality materials such as polyamide ensure long-lasting durability while giving you the feeling of walking on clouds.
We always recommend giving your new high pile rug enough space.
When combining it with furniture such as a sofa or table, make sure to leave some distance on all sides (approx. 30–40 cm). This creates a harmonious overall look and makes your living space feel open and inviting.
It’s always better to choose your high pile rug slightly too large rather than too small!
Our tip: Use some masking tape to outline your planned rug size directly on the floor. This gives you a much better impression of whether your desired custom size feels right in the room. If you’d like personal advice from our expert team, feel free to contact us! We’re also happy to share tailored design ideas for your home.
