Low pile: This type is characterised by a pile height of less than 10 mm. We recommend regular vacuuming with a rotating brush attachment. This helps remove loose dirt and debris while supporting the long-term durability of the rug.
High pile: Rugs with a pile height of 10 mm or more are classified as high pile qualities. Their exceptionally soft surface should be vacuumed without a rotating brush. This helps extend the lifespan of the rug and prevents unnecessary wear to the fibres.
General stain removal: Regardless of pile height, stains should first be blotted with an absorbent cloth and sparkling mineral water. For more stubborn stains, we recommend using a specialised cleaning product suitable for synthetic fibres.
