For everyday care, we recommend regular vacuuming with a flat vacuum attachment. The use of a rotating brush should be avoided.
Stain removal: We recommend cleaning with sparkling mineral water and an absorbent cloth. Always blot the stain rather than rubbing it, as rubbing can push the stain deeper into the fibres. For stubborn stains, we recommend using a suitable cleaning product specifically designed for wool fibres.
Please note: Wool may shed fibres when vacuumed. This is completely normal and occurs as excess yarn from the manufacturing process works its way out of the rug. You can continue vacuuming without concern. The shedding will gradually decrease over time.
