We always recommend giving your new handwoven rug enough space.
When combining it with furniture such as a sofa or table, make sure to leave some distance on all sides (approx. 30–40 cm). This creates a harmonious overall look and makes your living space feel open and inviting. It’s always better to choose your handwoven rug slightly too large rather than too small!
Our tip: Use some masking tape to outline your planned rug size directly on the floor. This gives you a much better impression of whether your desired custom size feels right in the room.

The underlay is a 2.5 mm thick polyester fleece with strong anti-slip properties and is simply placed underneath your rug. We tailor it precisely to the size of your handwoven rug.
