We always recommend giving your new kids rug enough space. When placing it alongside furniture, make sure to leave some room on all sides.
We often notice that rugs are chosen too small. This becomes especially noticeable when the rug is placed on the floor and toys only partially fit on it. It’s always better to choose your rug slightly too large rather than too small!
Our tip: Use some masking tape to outline your planned rug size directly on the floor. This gives you a much better impression of whether your desired custom size feels right in the room.

A standard fleece backing may benefit from an additional anti-slip underlay, especially for smaller rug sizes, to ensure maximum safety. With our popular anti-slip fleece upgrade, which can be added while selecting your kids rug, slipping rugs and curled edges become a thing of the past.
This upgrade is permanently attached to the underside of your rug during production and provides extra safety while playing.
