The high-quality materials used in our high pile rugs are easy to clean and require very little maintenance. To ensure that even stubborn stains don’t stand a chance, we recommend the additional upgrade with our stain protection. This is a fibre protection option that you can add whilst selecting your rug. We apply it during the manufacturing process so that your new rug is ready for everyday use straight away. This means that liquids and dirt collect on the surface and can be easily wiped away.
Add extra safety to your home by selecting our anti-slip fleece when configuring your rug. This anti-slip fleece is permanently bonded to the underside of your rug during the manufacturing process. It’s a practical upgrade trusted by many of our 500,000 customers for years.
It provides reliable stability in everyday life and ensures excellent grip on almost any surface, whether it’s laminate, tile, vinyl, or hardwood flooring.
The border finish of your high-pile rug is not only visually appealing but also offers practical benefits. It protects the outer edges from wear and tear while creating a seamless visual transition to surrounding living spaces.
You can choose from more than 260 binding yarns, 55 piping options, and 50 decorative borders. This results in over 360 possible combinations for your rug. With so many options available, you can create a truly individual look that perfectly complements your interior style.
Many of our high-pile rugs are also available as covered rugs. This is our most premium type of border finish. Because the edges are carefully folded by hand, the rug features an invisible edge finish that creates a particularly elegant and refined appearance.
Each covered rug consists of three layers that are permanently bonded together. Simply choose your preferred high-pile rug for the top layer. Beneath it, we add a 7 mm thick cushioning fleece and a 2 mm anti-slip backing. The combination of these three layers provides an exceptionally soft underfoot feel, helps reduce footfall noise, offers insulation against cold floors, and ensures reliable grip on virtually any surface. Designed for maximum comfort, a covered rug becomes a distinctive highlight that elevates the atmosphere of your home.
